Comrades actions like this heartbreaking one occur when warrior who becomes perpetrator did not give mission adequate attention. I do not know mental approach taken by pilot but for sure it was not one to be taken by a Buntu when on a Live Well Africa movement mission. Pilot should receive as we all know a through "hunt would would" investigation to make sure this occurrence was not intended to assist terrorists or other anti-Buntu forces. Proper management of that condition establishes pilot fate. Very much sincere, Henry Author Price Jr. aka Obediah Buntu IL-Khan aka Kankan.
