Mali.

I hope if it is for good of Mali or/plus do Mali no harm that Salif resolve his personal problem as soon as possible. With that in mind I wish him well. As for myself I submit my plan to resolve my issues here with American Establishment concerning my to be financial ability of which they believe all of above average wealth should contribute to well being of society. I under authority of Ubuntu Beliefs Religion (UBR) Julu will form No Dopefiends Club where after being member for year person will qualify to obtain American esoteric water cycle from me. Some of cycles will be CHARITY offering. It is my hope to assist many teachers plus students without regard to religion they follow as long as they fulfill some requirements to be member of Ubuntu Beliefs Religion. I must find place to conduct activity likely Texas or Michigan. I expect to be ready next summer for trial exercise using Julu. Before I manage this condition I must resolve my healthcare issues plus come to Africa to do so. In addition, I must get my African projects underway with my staff managing while I am temporarily away. This is offering is best I may do American Establishment should not seek more. It is as it acknowledged we will not accept dopefiends or drug dealers of now or in past. Now American Establishment will have as it want from me. Get off my back including your step n fetch it tap dancing Negroids. Club should twice each year for both females plus males offer esoteric water cycles. Henry Author Price Jr aka Kankan
